With minimal guidance provides support for all LAN / WAN initiatives for Central Engineering. The System Analyst will provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Central Engineerings drawing management system (Adept). Upgrade Central Engineerings legacy applications to be compatible with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 and Windows 10. The System Analyst will develop and maintain a variety of applications, including SharePoint for Central Engineering. Will provide support in the development, testing, and training for new applications. Support and maintain existing applications. The System Analyst will assist in the support, diagnosis, and configuration of workstations as it relates to software / applications. The System Analyst will work with contracted vendors to resolve issues as needed. Provides off-hours on-call support when necessary. Escalates problems to resident and industry experts in an expeditious manner. Acts as the liaison between department users and the Help Center in solving trouble tickets. Manage projects as assigned by his or her manager. The candidate will be expected to evaluate current systems and applications to provide input in upgrades and enhancements based on new industry standards.
Additional : Experience with document management systems such as Adept (by Synergis Software) or Autodesk Vault is a plus. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
