What youll be doing

Leading and contributing to civil site design : grading drainage systems utilities roadway and parking layouts and stormwater management

Preparing engineering plans reports calculations and permitting packages

Coordinating with survey teams structural engineers project managers and clients

Conducting site visits and supporting field-related engineering tasks

Overseeing project timelines deliverables and client communication

Applying sound engineering judgment and mentoring junior team members as needed

What were looking for

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

2-5 years of civil engineering experience (site design preferred)

Proficiency with CAD and civil design software

Ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and client priorities

Strong communication skills and a collaborative solutions-oriented mindset
