Job Title : Logistics Specialist I

Location : Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Rate : $23.50 per hour

Overview :

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist I to assist with logistics documentation, inventory tracking, and materials coordination for tools, spares, and equipment. This role supports the routing, shipping, and recordkeeping of materials while ensuring compliance with import / export and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and maintain logistics documentation for materials, tools, and related manuals

Coordinate and track the shipment and storage of parts and equipment

Support compliance with state, federal, and international shipping regulations

Maintain records for inventory allocation and storage facilities

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED (higher education or related experience may substitute)

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Exposure to inventory databases and logistics principles preferred

Familiarity with aviation maintenance tracking systems (e.g., AvPro) and HazMat training a plus

Experience with shipping platforms such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS
