EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY WITH MARCHESINI GROUP USA Seeking an Experienced SALES Manager/Director to generate and handle sales for our Beauty Division line of packaging machinery.

Our sales team comprehensively analyzes and defines the customer’s packaging requirements to translate technical challenges into effective unique packaging solutions. By combining the most-advanced technology with our knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and consumer products industries, we have made solving packaging challenges our specialty.

About the position… RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Develops, generates and manages sales activity for beauty/cosmetic sector customers.
  • Manage and generate sales activity for large key accounts as well as small to mid-size customers.
  • Executes the complete sales cycle from initial contact onwards.
  • Creates and maintains strong working customer relations.
  • Maintains and manages customer data base and reports in CRM.
  • Sales forecast planning.
  • Drives growing sales in expanding market.

Superior people/customer relationship skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Industry Experience & Tenure:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ broad experience and knowledge of cosmetic processes and packaging equipment. Brings strong network connections and relationships.
