About the Opportunity :

We're looking for an experienced Gage Calibration Technician Candidate. You will have the opportunity to work with an experience and highly motivated team. The role will be processed based and will have a focus testing and calibrating company owned instruments and equipment for conformance to established standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform calibration and verification of precision measuring instruments and gages used in aerospace manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements.

• Develop and maintain calibration procedures and standards in accordance with AS9100, ISO 17025, and OEM specifications.
• Plan and execute calibration sequences using engineering drawings, technical manuals, and manufacturer documentation.
• Set up and operate laboratory equipment to test, evaluate, calibrate, and troubleshoot various mechanical, dimensional, and electronic measuring tools.
• Assist quality and engineering teams in diagnosing measurement-related issues and support continuous improvement of calibration processes.
• Coordinate external calibration and repair services, and manage the scheduling and tracking of gages requiring offsite or onsite service.
• Accurately document calibration results, maintain traceability records, and generate detailed reports for internal audits and management review.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring calibration records and equipment are audit-ready at all times.
