PHYSICAL THERAPIST South Bend Orthopedics - Carmichael Office

South Bend Orthopedics is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our Carmichael office. Previous outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine backgrounds preferred. NEW GRADS WELCOME!

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment!

This position will be responsible for providing patient care including assessing, interpreting, planning, and implementing special physical therapy treatments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patient condition, establish goals, treatments and care plan in conjunction with patient
• Ensure appropriate treatment is performed in interdisciplinary fashion
• Document findings, treatments, and other patient information for medical record
• Educate patient on appropriate care and use of various therapies/exercises
• Comply with appropriate clinic policies
• Serve as information/education resource for patients, families, and staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• BS, MA, MS or DPT in Physical Therapy
• Must be licensed in the state of Indiana.
