A longstanding & elite Hospitalist program with 60+ employed physicians is adding full-time Hospitalists to its team in Central Tennessee ( 1 hour from Nashville ). The group works out of a 120+ bed, full-service critical care hospital that offers 24 / 7 emergency care and advanced specialty care services and has been recognized for providing top-notch service and compassionate care.

Practice Highlights

• Day-time 7 on / 7 off schedule with 12-hour shifts
• Patient census between 15-18
• Great team environment and support
• Care for Acute patients and provide consultative support to other units throughout the hospital
• Acute Care Floor has a 10-bed Geropsych Unit and a 15-bed Physical Rehabilitation Unit
• $370,000 potential compensation and Quality Bonus of up to $15K plus commencement bonus with a leading benefits package
