VA Claims Processor

A company is looking for a Claims Processor to handle the processing and distribution of various VA claims.

Key Responsibilities

Research and evaluate accounts for proper adjudication of claims

Perform electronic claims editing and submit claims for payment processing

Document claims processing activity into VA systems and maintain a working knowledge of applicable VA regulations

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred 1-2 years of experience in medical claims or related fields

Demonstrated negotiation skills and general office skills

Working knowledge of software such as Excel and Word

Data entry and 10 key experience necessary
