[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle GL, month-end close, and financial reporting. Hospitality, foodservice, or retail industry experience required. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus.
Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant - Hospitality Industry
Location : Los Angeles / Hollywood Area
Our client, a leading hospitality brand, is seeking an Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing financial operations for a fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and track monthly P& L statements and balance sheet activity.
- Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities proactively.
- Review general ledger and balance sheet for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze financial results for internal reporting and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), including support for audits and fiscal close processes.
- Manage inventory and cost control procedures to optimize profitability.
- Handle special projects and related duties as assigned.
