Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant - Hospitality Industry

Location : Los Angeles / Hollywood Area

Our client, a leading hospitality brand, is seeking an Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing financial operations for a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and track monthly P& L statements and balance sheet activity.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets, identifying risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Review general ledger and balance sheet for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze financial results for internal reporting and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), including support for audits and fiscal close processes.
  • Manage inventory and cost control procedures to optimize profitability.
  • Handle special projects and related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle GL, month-end close, and financial reporting.
  • Hospitality, foodservice, or retail industry experience required.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage complex processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is a plus.
