8+ years of experience in digital health operations, management consulting, or related fields
Experience in building new programs from scratch
Strong project management skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration
Ability to analyze data and apply a metrics-driven approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) procedures is preferred
