Global Operations Learning Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Global Operations Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the design and implementation of employee training and performance improvement programs

Select, train, and develop a staff of direct and indirect reports while ensuring cost-effective operations

Participate in business planning and strategy discussions, and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business, behavioral science, or education

Five years of experience in a related industry, preferably including operations training

Preferred licenses or certifications include CHB, CCS, IMDG, IATA, ocean forwarder certification, CES, and PMP

Strong management and human relations skills are required
