Training Commitment :
We require a four-week training commitment on the day shift from 8am-4pm (flexible arrangements may be available).

Qualifications :
Education : Minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.Licensure : Valid Ohio Registered Nurse license required.Ability to perform responsibilities with initiative and independent judgment.Possesses the skills and knowledge needed for essential duties and stays updated.Demonstrates cultural competency and sensitivity while engaging diverse individuals and groups.Communicates effectively with clarity in verbal, nonverbal, and written forms.Adheres to professional values and ethical standards in all work.Works collaboratively as a professional team member with clients, families, and colleagues.Identifies and responds to problems appropriately, employing effective decision-making skills.Experience working with children and adolescents is required; experience in pediatric autism, special needs, and psychiatric care is preferred.About Bellefaire JCB :

Position Summary :
As a Registered Nurse, you will administer and supervise medication, respond to client health needs, and collaborate in the care plans for clients within our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) and MBA program.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee medication administration in designated units.Participate in the treatment planning process.Circuit through units, responding to healthcare needs.Conduct physical health assessments and document findings.Make referrals to pediatricians as needed.Assist with client admissions and ongoing treatment processes.Educate clients and staff on healthcare topics.Document billable hours accurately.Train and orient new staff members.Attend treatment team meetings as required.Assist PRTF staff in healthcare decision-making.Manage the documentation of medication administration.Conduct inventory checks of controlled substances.Manage medication ordering and distribution.Follow up on lab results and outside medical appointments.Engage in daily operations and quality improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulations.Other Responsibilities :
