Position Summary
The Clinical Social Worker Supervisor plays a critical role in advancing Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston's mission to prepare young people to succeed academically, live healthy lifestyles, and practice good citizenship. This position provides clinical supervision, training, and consultation to Club-based social workers, unlicensed social work interns, and graduate-level MSW field placement students, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practices.
The Clinical Social Worker Supervisor will serve as a leader in fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for youth, families, and staff. This role includes direct clinical supervision, cross-site collaboration, being on call for case consultation (as needed), and developing, overseeing, and maintaining strong partnerships with community agencies to enhance mental health resources available to Club members.

Qualifications
o Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution required.
o Current independent licensure in Massachusetts (LICSW) required.
o Approved supervisor designation preferred (or willingness to pursue).
o Minimum of 5 years of clinical social work experience with youth and families, preferably in urban or community-based settings.
o At least 2 years providing clinical supervision to social work staff, unlicensed interns, and graduate-level MSW field placement students.
o Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strength-based practices.
o Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
o Ability to manage crises calmly and effectively.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Commitment to equity, inclusion, and the development of youth from diverse backgrounds.
o Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
Salary $101,200-$123,200 - commensurate with education and experience; along with competitive benefits and a great work environment
