Salary :  Up to $200,000 annually

Position Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to fill an opening at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky & Norwalk, OH. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance a comprehensive benefits package.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education :  MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Licensure :  Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
  • Certification :  Board Certified in Family Medicine
  • Experience :  5+ years clinical or administrative experience; FQHC / community health experience.
  • Technical Skills :  Comprehensive primary care, quality improvement, clinical leadership
  • Soft Skills :  Leadership, mentorship, collaboration, strategic thinking

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to providers and support staff.
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
  • Lead quality improvement efforts and ensure clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership on new projects and care initiatives.
  • Support recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff.
  • Participate in continuing education and maintain board certification.
