As a Nielsen Field Membership Representative, you'll be the face of our company, recruiting households to participate in Nielsen ratings. This role requires travel up to 50% of the time. You'll use your unique combination of skills, knowledge, and style to consistently achieve in-person recruitment, resolution, and installation targets across various locations. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and reside in the Dade County area to be considered for this position.

Key responsibilities include :

• Driving to selected homes using a company-provided vehicle, with frequent travel (up to 50%)
• Conducting in-person interviews and recruiting statistically selected households
• Collecting and entering household demographics and technical data
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with procedures
• Meeting performance goals, quality standards, and customer satisfaction targets
• Being prepared for overnight stays up to half of your working time
