A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent :

1) Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle

2) Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone

1) What kind of training will I receive?

2) Is prior insurance sales experience required?

At this time, it is required to have some Insurance sales experience.

3) Will I need to find or purchase my own leads?

Absolutely not. We provide all the leads you'll ever need.

Requirements

• Licensing : A valid California Property & Casualty License is preferred. Life and Health License is Preferred.
• Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable
• Communication Skill : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Results-Driven : Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines
• Team Collaboration : Ability to work well in a team environment and foster positive work relationships
• Problem-Solving : Capability to analyze and solve customer concerns and inquiries
