Looking for a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth ? As part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Each shift offers new experiences and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating with healthcare team members. You will utilize evidence-based practices and skilled communication to foster a safe and therapeutic environment for our patients.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the AHA.

Required Experience : Typically requires 1 year in clinical nursing.

Skills & Abilities : Proficient in electronic records systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with patients and team members. Strong organization and time management abilities are essential.
