Job Title : Epic Cadence Analyst
Location : Remote (Must reside in CO, CT, DE, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV)
Start Date Is : ASAP
Duration : Long-Term Contract (through 2026)
Compensation Range : $65-$85 / hr on W2 ONLY!
Job Description :
Support a major Epic Cadence implementation by guiding users through transition processes, troubleshooting, and optimizing scheduling operations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Conduct "how-to" sessions translating Cerner processes into Epic workflows
- Provide guidance on scheduling and patient access across ambulatory care settings
- Collaborate with an MSP to support implementation and issue resolution
- Support 288 practices with high appointment volumes (~70K appointments)
- Troubleshoot and maintain Epic Cadence and associated modules
Requirements :
Must-Haves :Active Epic Cadence certification
Experience with Scheduling and Prelude modulesKnowledge of E-Reg and Ambulatory workflowsPatient Access expertiseProven ability to operate independently in a high-volume settingNice-to-Haves :Experience with Grand Central, MyChart, Welcome kiosks
Familiarity with Decision Trees & ReferralsPrior roles in training or as an ID / Principal TrainerExperience with large healthcare systems using similar Epic optimizations
