Business Office Manager

Job Description:

• Assist residents and their families with the application process to determine potential eligibility for Medicaid to include the completion of applicable forms and collection of all necessary documents
• Reviewing income and discussing payment options as it related to Medicaid eligibility & Private Pay
• Updating systems to ensure accuracy and keep deadlines with Tenncare, the billing company and other facility vendors
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks while interacting with residents, family members and collaborating with coworkers
