We are now hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for the overnights shift (7 PM-7 AM) for our facility located in Metairie LA !
What You'll Do
- Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
- Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
- Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
- Provide patient education in individual and group settings
