Tax Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and nonprofits
• Provide proactive tax planning and compliance consulting
• Lead and mentor team members while promoting a positive, high-performance culture
• Actively contribute to firm leadership, business development, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license required; Master's in Tax preferred
• 5+ years in public accounting with demonstrated leadership
• Expertise in complex tax matters and strong general tax knowledge
• Strong communication, client service, and business development skills
• Experience with UltraTax, CCH, or ProSystems tax software
