$170-200k base salary + bonus + equity

I'm currently partnered with a HealthTech AI Cloud company who are looking for an experienced Engagement Director in the Life Sciences space to lead enterprise key accounts across North America.

This opportunity is with a well-funded, fast-scaling, life sciences technology company that is fundamentally changing how the world's leading pharmaceutical companies drive scientific discovery and development. Their platform enables innovation and better research across the drug discovery & R&D phases by centralizing and analyzing raw scientific data and funneling into a cloud-based data lake.

This role is at the forefront of scaling an emerging category and will be driving both complex enterprise solution deployments and expansion within high-value accounts, often with ARR / ACV in the $ hundreds of thousands to millions. It's a mix of team management, strategic delivery leadership, customer success, and commercial growth, requiring someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments. This role will be leading multidisciplinary teams while navigating the nuances of the Life Sciences industry, from Discovery to Manufacturing / QC.

Key Requirements :

• Must have delivery experience , having successfully led implementations of data or software products for external customers.
• Must have been part of an account expansion effort, ideally involving product upsell.
• Must be client-facing and operate as a "player-coach" with the ability to interface across technical and business stakeholders.
• Technical enough to grasp data architecture (e.g., schemas), but not necessarily hands-on with development.
• Experience across R&D, Discovery and QC areas
• Strong bias for startup experience or consulting roles where they've worked in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
