Responsibilities
Administration of Cisco Voice Applications and third party toolsMonitor communication server clusters to ensure peak performanceTroubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system outages and trouble ticketsProvide capacity, performance, uptime and security reportingMaintain up-to-date documentation of system design, operation and procedure manualsAssist with project implementations and other tasks as requestedParticipate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as neededProvide in-person training and support to team membersMentor other telecom team membersQualifications
Must Have Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in the administration of Cisco Unified Communication systems, specifically :Cisco Unified Communications ManagerCisco Unity ConnectionUCCXCUBE / Gateway troubleshooting experience
Experience supporting call recording applicationsVendor Relationship Management
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, team members and clientsOn-site attendance Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PMNice to Have Qualifications :
Experience with VMware serversExperience with Cisco Jabbere911 experienceCCNP Collaboration certificationBS or BA degree in networking, telecommunications or information systemsExperience with WebEx administration and troubleshooting
