ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hayden Pryor - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This is a salary PLUS commission roll.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • C lient Prospecting : Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Needs Assessment : Understanding the financial situation, needs, and goals of clients to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Product Knowledge : Maintaining in-depth knowledge of various insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.) to effectively explain features, benefits, and terms to clients.
  • Quoting and Proposal Preparation : Providing clients with accurate quotes and preparing proposals tailored to their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations : Conducting meetings and presentations to explain insurance policies and answer client questions.
  • Policy Processing : Assisting clients with application forms, underwriting requirements, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Customer Service : Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, managing policy renewals, and handling claims assistance.
  • Compliance : Ensuring all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Record Keeping : Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Achieving Sales Targets : Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals and contributing to the companys growth.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
