    • Job Summary

    IMI is seeking a full-time Field Services Administratorfor our Watkinsville GA office.

    Essential Functions

    The Field Services Administrator will focus on preparing and forwarding completely prepared Project Managers estimates managing other customer correspondence and assisting the Field Services Manager.

  • Issue quote numbers and forward MS Outlook calendar requests to required parties.
  • Prepare project management quotes assuring each are grammatically correct and free of spelling errors.
  • Validate that estimates are error free by following the standardized review processes.
  • Record pertinent information from the quotes in database.
  • Record & enter information in contact database.
  • Scan and archive quote packages after submitted to the customer.
  • Receive Bid Package information in absence of Field Services Manager.
  • Facilitate transfer of information between customer and appropriate party.
  • Assist Management Project Managers and Field Services Manager as needed.

    • Education and Experience

  • Minimum of a high school diploma but an Associates degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of industrialexperience is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of contractual language is preferred but not required.
  • Relative work experience in preparing quotes / Bid Packages in the construction industry is required. This includes the ability to review contract documents print bid packages obtain bid information and completion of the bid for submission.
  • Must be able to multitask as well as prioritize tasks within a strict deadline while still being detail oriented.
  • Advanced skill level for operating Word Excel and Outlook required.
  • Advanced data entry skills and ability to type 45 wpm preferred.

  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Manual dexterity needed for repetitive tasks and operating standard office equipment
  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds
