    • You're a perfect fit if you :

  • Hold a valid CT Commercial Pesticide Junior Operator License in hand (REQUIRED) .
  • Have a strong work ethic, safety commitment, and thrive in diverse weather.
  • Enjoy physical activity and working outdoors in both hot and cold climates.
  • Are a quick learner with a passion for lawn science.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Have a valid Driver's License with no tickets.
  • Possess or be able to obtain DOT medical card prior to start.

    • Bonus points if you have :

  • Previous experience working with commercial properties.
  • A valid CT Commercial Supervisory Pesticide License.
  • Prior snow plow truck or loader experience.
