Mechanical Claims Adjuster

A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Adjudicates claims within approval limits and in accordance with standards

Documents all interactions with repair facilities and customers accurately

Manages pending claims and follows up with repair facilities timely

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

3+ years of experience in automotive mechanical and diagnostics

Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures

Proficient in typing and general computer skills

Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment
