Key Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation and administration of recruitment programs
Conduct initial screening interviews and manage candidate records
Source qualified candidates through various resources and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
Required Qualifications
Two years or more of relevant experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Experience working in a high-velocity environment
