Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a Busy Caseload : Take charge of approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively litigated each month, guiding each case from initial intake to settlement or trial.
  • Client Engagement : Maintain proactive communication to ensure clients are informed and supported throughout their legal journey.
  • Key Litigation Activities : Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.
  • Trial Advocacy : Represent clients as lead counsel in jury trials, passionately pursuing favorable outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Legal Knowledge : Must be licensed to practice law; trial advocacy or moot court experience is highly preferred.
  • Licensure : Must hold an active and in-good-standing status with your local State Bar. Additional bar admissions are advantageous. Candidates must reside in the state where this opportunity is offered.
  • Communication Skills : Outstanding ability to articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and team members.

  • Competitive Salary : Our attorneys typically earn between $150,000 and $350,000 annually, with a starting base for this early career position likely around $80,000 to $100,000.
