A company is looking for an Employee Relations Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Employee Relations cases from assessment to conclusion, including risk evaluation and investigation methodology
Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on HR matters with risk elements
Interact with Leave and Accommodation and Risk Management departments, ensuring compliance with ADA and relevant laws
Required Qualifications
A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience is required
2+ years of exempt-level employee relations experience, preferably in a multi-state and high-volume environment
Comprehensive knowledge of current employment law
