RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide a genuine warm welcome to every guest as they arrive to provide a memorable guest experience.
• You will be responsible for checking in and seating guests at the restaurant.
• You must follow all Steps of Service and brand standards and create a hospitable, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and polished appearance.
• Navigate restaurant areas, including tight spaces, ensuring all spaces are set according to plans.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Take initiative, follow through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership team.

• Previous experience working as a host in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or similar environment is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are also essential.
• The candidate must work efficiently as part of a team and independently, take direction effectively, and communicate professionally.
• Additionally, the candidate must have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
