  • Key Responsibilities Make outgoing calls via phone, email, and virtual meetings Provide accurate information on insurance benefit options and policy updates Maintain and manage client records and documentation Offer outstanding service with a client-focused approach Work independently and contribute to team goals in a virtual environment Qualifications No prior customer service or insurance experience needed Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
