[job_card.job_description]Active California RN License (required for California nursing jobs) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Minimum 3 years of pediatric nursing experience in ICU, ED, PACU, or procedural areas Competency in moderate sedation for Interventional Radiology (IR) and Neuro IR Recent travel nursing experience within the last 12 months COVID-19 vaccination and booster required (medical / religious exemptions considered) Ability to float to other UCSF healthcare facilities within a 75+ mile radius Preferred : Previous radiology nursing experience and Radiology Imaging Nursing certification Preferred : Experience in a teaching hospital setting Deliver expert nursing care to pediatric patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures Administer and monitor moderate sedation during procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Float to other pediatric units or UCSF facilities as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital safety standards Educate and support pediatric patients and their families throughout the procedural process
