Position Overview

As a Dealer Support Specialist (DSS), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the company's dealer network and manufacturing operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to operational efficiency by addressing dealer needs, resolving order issues, and aligning dealer requirements with production capabilities. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll do

• Utilize phone systems to promptly answer or return calls, texts, and voice messages in a professional and efficient manner.
• Achieve proficiency in navigating ERP systems to provide top-tier dealer support.
• Assist with general clerical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team's overall success.
• All other duties as assigned
