GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Provides nursing services to patients in an outpatient, substance use disorder treatment setting. Completes nursing assessments, patient evaluations & screenings, dispenses & administers medications, and provides patients with healthcare education. Works with all members of the Treatment Team to coordinate patient care.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
High School Diploma / GED requiredOne year of experience working in the medical and / or behavioral health field preferred.LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS AND REGISTRATIONS :
Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license requiredMust maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, In. policiesESSENTIAL PHYSICAL / TECHNICAL SKILLS :
