About the Opportunity

As a Controller, you will oversee the production of accurate financial statements, manage daily and monthly cash reporting, and prepare forecasts to support strategic decision-making. This role requires someone with strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to operate independently. A background in engineering or architectural industries, combined with experience in federal compliance, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate financial statements and related reports.
• Manage cash flow, cash reporting, and ensure liquidity for operational needs.

• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insight and process improvements.
• Step into responsibilities without extensive onboarding or handoff, demonstrating independence and resourcefulness.
