Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Manchester, New Hampshire. This role involves managing essential accounts receivable tasks, supporting inventory adjustments, and providing accounting assistance as needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Basic accounts receivable and inventory adjustments - primary duty
• Accounting support
• Experience with ERP / manufacturing software implementations preferred, ERP / manufacturing software experience required
• Process sales orders in accounting system.
• Prepare and distribute invoices to customers
• Participate in inventory record keeping activities.
• Participate in period-end close activities as determined by Finance leadership.
• Provide front line customer relations support
• Maintain / update customer files and correspondence.
• Provide backup for outbound transportation coordinator
