Power Equipment Operator Stand-Up Forklift

Location: Torrance, CA Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Industry: Apparel / Warehouse & Distribution

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Power Equipment Operator to join our team at a fast-paced apparel distribution center in Torrance. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a stand-up forklift and be comfortable working in a warehouse environment handling merchandise, replenishment, and shipping/receiving tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
2. Load and unload merchandise from trucks
3. Move inventory throughout the warehouse
4. Support inventory organization and replenishment
5. Pick, pack, and stage apparel products for shipment
6. Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues
7. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
8. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

• 4+ year of stand-up forklift experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environment, apparel experience a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
