Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java (preferably Java 11+)
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-performance applications
- Implement APIs and integrations with third-party platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement efforts
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Contribute to DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Mentor junior developers and lead by example in adopting modern engineering practices
