As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform.

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a leading aerospace and defense location. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first. Pay Rate : $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

  • Time Thur10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
  • Fri10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM
  • Sat10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

    • What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.
  • Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established protocols.
  • Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and / or contractors within the location, maintaining a visible presence.
  • Support access control measures and verify identification as required by site policies.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
