Software Engineering Manager

We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager to join Snap's Ad Data Infra team, which has the mission to streamline and fortify the backbone of our monetization data processing infrastructure.

What you'll do :

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, in a fast-paced, quick-to-market environment
• Set the strategy, build a roadmap, create measurable goals, and lead your team to deliver
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and be the interface between Monetization engineering and our infrastructure partners, including both the cloud providers and Snap's Infrastructure teams, leveraging their investments to modernize monetization data processing
• Evaluate the technical tradeoffs of major decisions and be a strong technical mentor
• Hire, grow and retain high-performing team members
