Job Description Day to Day :

Develop and implement efficient, cost-effective crew rotation schedules for assigned disciplines to ensure qualified and competent crew coverage.

Manage rolling schedules (612 months) for international crew across multiple vessels, considering hundreds of rotations annually and planning replacements.

Coordinate logistics such as flights, visas, and medical certifications while handling unexpected changes (e.g., illness, drop-offs).

Collaborate with internal partners, international agencies, and onboard leadership to resolve scheduling challenges.

Analyze availability data and produce reports using Excel and Power BI.

Support the Planning Department with competing priorities and projects, exercising authority to make scheduling decisions.

Skills and Requirements Must Haves :

Experience in planning, coordinating, or scheduling (crew rotations, workforce planning, or similar).

Strong analytical, forward-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage complex, sensitive, and confidential issues and communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) with all levels of employees, management, and customers.

Proficiency in computer business applications, including Word, Excel (advanced reporting), and database tools.

Well-developed planning and organizational skills.

Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures with patience and adaptability.

Application system knowledge Pluses :

Experience in the travel or cruise industry.

Familiarity with technical operations or hospitality environments.

Knowledge of internal systems such as MAPS.

Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
