Role Responsibilities: - Collaborates with stakeholders and actively contributes to ongoing data governance and data strategy projects. Provides data source subject matter expertise and consultative support throughout the organization. Serve as a liaison between data users and data developers to define data needs, requirements, availability, and best delivery methods.
- Continuously explore, investigate, and report on historical and current business data. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to present data in an easily understandable format.
- Gathers requirements, performs analysis, and generates business cases for business units. Translate business needs into technical specifications for data solutions.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights. Use statistical methods and tools to analyze data and provide in-depth analysis. Support data integration and Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure seamless data
- Facilitate the standardization of data across the organization to ensure consistency and accuracy. Works collaboratively to ensure regulatory compliance in data management practices.
- Assess and analyze data quality and data sets to identify dependencies and issues. Explores remediations options, makes recommendations, and drives continuous improvement in overall data quality improvement.
- Continuously explores new data sources, tools, and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities. Recommend and implement enhancements to data management and analytics processes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions, including data definitions, business rules, and data flow diagrams. Develop user guides and provide training to support data users and stakeholders.
Skills and Experience: - Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in SQL or other relevant analytics tools. Knowledge of data integration and ETL best practices.
- Ability to stay current with emerging data technologies and trends.
- Can distill complex issues and information into easily understood concepts and communications suitable for multiple levels of technical and non-technical audiences.
