Job Summary :

The Century Account Manager is responsible for all sales activities, nurturing, business reviews, and account development in an assigned territory. The Account Manager develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

What Youll Do :

As an Account Manager at Century, youll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our IT solutions. Youll manage client relationships, oversee service delivery, and identify opportunities to enhance their technology environment. Your role will be pivotal in driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Serve as the main point of contact for partner-related business.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling MSP services (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud solutions, backup)
• Develop strategic plans to help clients optimize their IT infrastructure.
• Work closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and support renewals and expansions.
• Provide clients with monthly or quarterly reports on service usage, performance, and incidents
• Maintain accurate documentation of client environment, contracts and communications
• Monitor service performance and ensure SLAs are consistently
