Position Overview

We are seeking a mid-level User Interaction / User Experience (UI / UX) Designer to support the design and usability of secure, mission-critical applications. This role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered designs while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams in a classified environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and workflows for web-based and software applications
• Translate user requirements and system needs into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve user experience
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility
• Maintain and contribute to UI standards, style guides, and design systems
• Ensure accessibility, consistency, and usability across applications
