Location : McKinney, TX

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Summary :

At PDS Tech Commercial, our Warehouse Assistants are the backbone of our operations. This entry-level role is critical in ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, inventory is managed efficiently, and products are maintained to the highest standard. Your efforts directly support the success of our team and satisfaction of our customers.

What You'll Do :

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and care.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain precise stock levels.
• Properly label, store, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Use barcode scanners and software to track serial-numbered products.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Receive PO and RMA products and log all associated transactions.
• Assist with shipping, product testing, and parts reclamation projects.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and hazard-free.
• Report any safety issues or process improvements to your supervisor.

Pay Details : $18.00 per hour
