Senior Implementation Analyst

Project Management Lead

Leads the design, planning and execution of complex implementation initiatives that drive business transformation and operational excellence. Oversees project research, data analysis and process documentation to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with strategic objectives.

Major tasks, responsibilities, and key accountabilities include:

• Generating actionable insights to drive process improvement, inform decision-making and optimization of implementation standards. Formulating strategy and execution recommendations required for successful implementation initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including workflows, process maps and playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Monitoring project performance against key milestones, deliverables and KPIs. Preparing executive-level reports and insights for leadership.
• Partnering cross-functionally with business, technical and operational teams to gather requirements, align priorities and ensure seamless execution of implementation initiatives.
• Proactively identifying risks, dependencies and process gaps; recommending and driving corrective action to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitating implementation communications, including stakeholder updates, meeting summaries and post-launch reviews, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Leading post-implementation assessments to capture lessons learned, measure performance and define continuous improvement opportunities.
• May mentor or guide junior analysts in project management best practices, data interpretation and documentation standards.

Nature and scope includes:

• Identifying key barriers/core problems and applying problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshooting and resolving complex problems. Making decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
• Independently performing assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determining and developing an approach to solutions. Receiving technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
• May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc. Contributing to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority.

Work environment includes:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and experience typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.
