Gastroenterology Physician

Seeking BE / BC Gastroenterologist to join team just 25 miles south of Boston, MA.

• Evaluate and manage patients with GI tract and liver disorders including but not limited to GERD, IBS, IBD, hepatitis, ulcers, and colon cancer.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as :
• Upper and lower endoscopy (EGD, colonoscopy)
• Polypectomy
• Esophageal dilation
• Capsule endoscopy
• ERCP (if applicable)
• Interpret results from diagnostic tests such as endoscopies, imaging studies, and lab tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and dietitians, as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients about GI health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations, departmental meetings, and continuing education.
