About us

Anchor Injury and Integrative Health is a small business in New Smyrna Beach, FL. We were formally New Smyrna Beach Chiropractic as we have transitioned into a multidisciplinary practice with complementary medicine in the

form of trigger point injections, vitamin injections, hormone replacement, weight loss,

Botox, etc.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a [hospital / clinic / primary care setting]
  • Proficiency in utilization review processes and procedures
  • Experience in esthetic laser treatments and dermal fillers is preferred
  • Familiarity with memory care practices and protocols
  • Knowledge of psychopharmacology for mental health management
  • Experience working in assisted living facilities or long-term care settings
  • Competency in performing vital signs assessments and interpreting results
  • Familiarity with sterile processing techniques for infection control

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in FL
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Care
  • Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

    Requirements / Responsibilities

    Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment

    • plans

  • Provide primary care services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic

    • illnesses

  • Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion
